This series is 'simply' based on the repetition of the same element over the body. LEAVES, as an element, creates endless possibilities, offering the opportunity to create a unique pattern on the skin.
Colour, size, repetition and placement can be fully customised for each piece.
This series is an invitation to perceive something as common as leaves, with a different eye and a playful mind… like anything else really.
Perhaps, a permanent reminder of that?
( A group photo shoot will be arranged by me with the photographer Pickledroots once the series will be executed on enough collectors for anyone interested in being part of it).

| A PERSONAL TRIBUTE TO PANTONE |

In the same way each Pantone colour lasts a whole year, I am keen to use the Pantone Classic Blue 19-4052, in as many commissioned pieces as I can throughout 2020. The six pieces I have prepared are certainly up for sale, but I’m also interested in exploring and creating custom pieces based on a client's ideas, with the only condition being there must be blue shades of ink.
Imprinted in our psyches as a restful color, PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue brings a sense of peace and tranquility to the human spirit, offering refuge. Aiding concentration and bringing laser like clarity, PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue re-centers our thoughts. A reflective blue tone, Classic Blue fosters resilience.

The idea behind Red Lines is to connect four people through an indelible mark on their skin. The pieces are individually created, but conceived as a whole.  I am interested to observe and explore Red Lines and the connection between the four pieces and how it will impact the lives of the people, before, during and after the process. Will they become friends, lovers or never be together again?
